Lakewinds Natural Foods is a full-service cooperative grocery serving the West metro suburban Twin Cities for over 30 years with locations in Minnetonka and Chanhassen, Minnesota. The heart of the co-op has always been the people involved. Lakewinds enjoys a high level of commitment from its nearly 10,000 members, other customers, staff, and board of directors. Each Lakewinds’ team member—from our creative cooks to our knowledgeable customer service staff to our purchasing specialists—is dedicated to offering the highest quality products and service available. The Lakewinds Chanhassen store opened in December of 2005. Just as spacious as our Minnetonka location, this store was built to grow the co-op and make shopping more convenient for customers in the Western suburbs. An in-house bakery, the Lakewinds Bakehouse, allows for the creation of fresh artisan breads and cinnamon rolls, filling the deli with the irresistible smell of homemade bread. Our shelves are laden with specialty goods from around the world, as well as local products from Minnesota and the Midwest. The deli maintains self-serve stations with hot soups, entrées and a gourmet olive and salad bar. The beautiful deli seating area offers free Wi-Fi for customers with laptops.
