We are a small, family owned, goat dairy in Southern Idaho. Our herd of LaMancha and Alpine dairy goats roam 80 acres of grass and brush at Blue Sage Farm, which is where they live dufing the milking season, and where the cheese is made.
We amake a variety of artisan cheeses – goat for us and sheep for Blue Sage Farm.
We believe that healthy happy goats produce the type of milk needed to make the best and tastiest cheese.
We also believe that “sustainable” is more than just a buzz word. We are striving to be sustainable to the environment, our community, and have our business be sustainable for our family.
