Producing exceptionally flavorful Culinary Oils: Roasted Garlic, Meyer Lemon, Blood Orange, and Red Chili, all EVOO w/ approx 20% Grape Seed Oil. These are the real deal, no flavorings or essential oils are used in production: the citrus is crushed w/ the Olives to impart flavors, the Garlic is roasted in Grape Seed Oil and added to EVOO for flavor, and the dried Red Chili is soaked in the EVOO for up to 60 days to impart flavor and color to the EVOO. These are truly unique Oils, nothing like them in the world!
