Alpicella Bakery baked their first loaf of natural cultured sourdough in 1996 at a small location in downtown Boise. 15 years later were still producing the natural sourdough along with roughly 120 other products which include rye, wheat and sweet French breads. We can custom bake bread products for just about any application including yours!
