At Fritz Gelato in Richmond, all our gelato is made using organic sugar and organic milk, and we use organic coffee, ginger and cinnamon. When reasonable, organic fruit is used. No gelatine is used in any of our gelato; guar and locust bean gums are used. All our sorbetto (fruit gelato) and the cones are suitable for vegans. We also make an organic cinnamon donut gelato using the donuts from our stall at South Melbourne market. From our stall at the South Melbourne Market, we sell the gelato, freshly cooked organic cinnamon donuts and organic coffee made with organic milk or soy. The donuts are made with fresh, free range, organic eggs.
