We specialize in fresh, local, organic, salad greens. This business was started in 2005, though we have been growing organically for 20 years. We have gardens in York, Maine ranging from 1/8 of an acre and on up. Our technique is to have gardens near the ocean for a more moderate climate, allowing us to grow greens through the winter months.
