Donna Maltz founded the company in Homer Alaska with the intention of educating consumers on the importance of healthy food chooses and there effects on culture, community and the environment. The line presently consists of Organic Cocoa Mixes, Baking Cocoa and Chocolate Syrup. Recently AH!LASKA was acquired by nSpired Natural Foods.
