The goal of American Flatbread is to make truly good food, food that not only fills our hunger and tastes good to our mouths, but also nourishes, nurtures, and heals. Every American Flatbread is hand-made entirely from organic and all-natural ingredients and then baked in a primitive wood-fired earthen oven in Waitsfield, Vermont. Restaurant hours are Friday and Saturday evenings 5:30-9:30. Wholesale baking for grocery and health food stores takes place Monday-Thursday from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
