Texas Organic Cotton Marketing Cooperative (TOCMC) is comprised of a group of producers certified by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). In the fall of 1993, forty producers made a commitment to each other and the industry to work together to create a winning situation for producers, mills, and manufacturers.
