Lousy Customer Service

This company has terrible customer service; no one EVER answers the phone. Get this, I placed an order based upon the rave review. The same day I canceled it as I found another product in alignment with my health conscious needs - guess what 3 later my order was still shipped - and most outrageous of all - nothing of what I had ordered!!!! It occurred me that it may be a one person operation. I mean no one ever answers the phone!!!!
