I placed a first time order at Rawganique.com on 4/12/08 and in their confirmation order email they stated that they would not bill the visa card used until the item shipped, but they did and I never received an email regarding shipping. I emailed this merchant and received a reply from Amber who checked on the status of the order as I requested in my initial email that I wanted to cancel the order and a credit issued to the bankcard used. Amber responded by emai and stated that the order had shipped on 4/14/08 and I would probably receive it in 2 weeks. Well the damaged order arrived 4/23/08. I called the merchants toll free number and spoke with Amber and she was not willing to offer any shipping cost compensation for the damaged shipment and the shoes that were not the size that I ordered!I I have ended up paying close to $20.00 in shippping charges for the initial order and the cost to return the damaged shipment to Canada. I will not do business with this company again. I would encourage others to stay clear of this merchant or end up paying the price! This was a very expensive lesson for me!

I like this website, especially since they offer undyed clothing. (I like to dye my own) They offer many shipping selections and are very quick to ship (with tracking as well)with my experience.
