Great item, but don't expect to get your order

I bought an Herbal Animal at a store several years ago and loved it. One of my dogs got a hold of it and I needed to replace it. I couldn't find them in the stores anywhere. I went to this site to get my herbal animal. They do not tell you how much shipping will cost. You can't choose shipping options. I placed the order 2 weeks ago and still have not received a confirmation, shipping notice, or my order. I love this product. Its a shame that its manufactured and sold by an irresponsible company.

better than one-star

I have one of their pillows that I bought from I think the Harmony catalog. It was a few years ago, and it is still in great shape. Not sure why they only rec'd a one-star rating. Mine is very nice and when you rub it, the scent is still there.
