Our range increased from just the one cider to five distinctly different products, and we won awards for several of our range at a number of Beer Festivals. In 1994 we began making our organic apple juices and we haven't looked back since; Winning the prestigious Soil``Association "Best Non Alchoholic Beverage Award" in our first year as juice makers.

Daas produce exceptional Organic beers Daas Blond is the authentic Belgian (6.5% ABV) strong golden beer, its honey spice aroma and perfect balance of bitter sweet flavors are followed by a classic dry hop finish. A perfect aperitif beer.
The Daas Organic Witte (5.0 ABV) which is very well received by women beer drinkers; is a naturally cloudy Belgian wheat beer. Its fruity blend of subtle citrus and spice flavors compliment its crispy dry and bitter hop.
Daas is now the only Belgian beer brewed in Belgium to carry the UK Soil Association Organic certification as well as the Belgian Certsys organic certification.

Four Gates Estate Bottled Kosher Wine Made With Organically Grown Grapes Write a Review
Four Gates is perhaps the smallest kosher winery in the country. I grow Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc on 3.5 acres. The grapes are certified organic by the CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers). In addition, the vines are not irrigated, so the small yields are quite flavorful. I do nearly all the work of the vineyard myself, except the harvest, which is often a very sweet community event. Also, the wine is estate bottled.Four Gates wine as a gift for Purim or Passover

Yorkville Cellars Write a Review
Yorkville Cellars is a small, family-run winery founded by proprietors, Deborah and Edward Wallo. It is located 100 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge in the Yorkville Highlands Appellation (AVA), which was established in 1998. It rests in Mendocino County adjacent to the Anderson Valley (much cooler) to the northwest and the Alexander Valley (slightly hotter) to the southeast.
Yorkville Cellars is the only known winery that grows all eight of the main Bordeaux grapes and then bottles each individually as a varietal each vintage: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Cabernet
Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Carmenere, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. (Probably the one
place on earth where one can taste these side-by-side where the grapes were all grown with the same viticultural practices within the same terroir.) All wines produced are vineyard designated.
Yorkville Vineyards have been certified organic since 1986 and does not use pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.
